Picture upload help.

Some people have trouble uploading there pictrures and send them to me for uploading. Most of the time I dont have time to help.


Normally I find when people are having trouble uploading picture to this site the problem is that their pictures file size is to big. They are up around or over 130k. Maximum picture upload size on this site is 100k. Right click the picture and go to propeties to see the file size. There pictures aren't to big as far as size in inches, but they have to many pixels. In other words they have there digital camera set on excellent pictures and high pixel count. You don't need high pixels on the Internet so what you have to do is lower the Quality of the picture thus reducing the pixel count and the file size before uploading.

The easiest way I have found to do this is by getting some free software off the net. At http://www.irfanview.com you can get this software. When you open and look at a picture using irfanview you can change its size, edit it, and when saving it you have the option to adjust quality from 0 to 100% thus changing the kb size of the picture file. Once you get each picture under 100 k and the size you want to see it on the net you are ready to upload them.

just down size the picture and save it. Then upload to a picute hosting site. then when making a post just click on the camera and click on the pics you want to add.

Now when you click on these pics it stacks them in your post like this.

between pics they will line up side by side. Separating the code will stack the top to bottom like this.
